All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Germany. We ship worldwide using UPS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient and cost-effective option at the time of dispatch.
For in-stock items, orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
For pre-ordered items, shipping takes place within 3 business days after the official release date.
Please note that during new product launches or high-demand periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Under European consumer law, customers within the EU, EEA, or UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online.
You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods by notifying us at Returns@youareeverything.com and sending the goods back within the following 14 days using a trackable shipping method.
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be clean, with original labels attached and properly packaged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising their statutory right of withdrawal.
Refunds include the product price only; original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
We cannot accept returns on personalized, made-to-order, or hygiene-sensitive products once opened, in accordance with EU law.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact Returns@youareeverything.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. Each claim is reviewed individually, and if the issue occurred before or during delivery, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, meaning import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price. These are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid import fees, the cost of shipping (outbound and return) and any handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
We produce in small quantities and release limited drops to ensure sustainability. If your dream article is sold out, you can select “Notify Me” to be alerted when it’s restocked.
In some cases, pre-orders are available, allowing your garment to be made to order. Please allow 6–8 weeks for delivery in these instances. You will be notified of the estimated wait time before completing your order.
